One of the guys that work there hung up on my husband. They never check their fax machine for refills from the doctor! We have been waiting on the doctor to fax over a refill and it took the pharmacy 2 hours to check the fax machine. The only reason they finally did was because we made them check while we sat on the phone and waited ... after they were extremely rude to us!! i hate this pharmacy !!! VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! |
