When another tech, Penny came up the window she asked my name 3 times then told me that I did not have to yell but to use the phone. She did not signal to me that there waS A PHONE. 3 techs gathered around to witness me yelling (I did not know about the phone) that it was very rude of the tech to hold up her finger to tell me to wait. The Pharmacist did not move a muscle to see what was going on. This is one of many times where techs were rude and disrespectful. Is it so difficult for them to realize that shoppers are in a hurry, in pain and don't want someone's finger held up in their face? Thank you. |
