Half the time they are clueless how to run our major prescription benefit and we have to wait while they re-process a simple claim. Even when the office provides the prescription directly this pharmacy is terribly slow in filling it. Now with the remodeled store they have hired rude techs and counter help that make the trip there a nightmare. This is the only pharmacy covered in the area for our insurance, so if we have an emergent issue that can't be filled via mail we have no choice but to use them.
