I came to this pharmacy to pick up my Newborns medication but they wouldn't let me because she didn't have an insurance card. In most cases or maybe just Utah does this because they understand that newborn babies usually don't have insurance, the baby is usually covered under the mother. Had to call our insurance they also agreed. Once we got back to the pharmacy after all the hassle of calling, the cashier lady was questioning my husband's information like is this really you? Are these really your insurance numbers? What would a 25 yr old man want to do with an infants. prescription? We will not be coming back to this pharmacy after they expected us to to wait a month for her to get a card under her name (Ridiculous) and have her suffer thru more pain or cough up a crap load of money we don't have which is why we have insurance.
