This is Angela Twiggs 260498685 october 3,1979 keep giving whomever been getting the medicine and give her some dog pills that make her think that she's getting what I suppose to get and ggive me the real medication because I haven't been getting none vof the medications not thatg I refuse them vtryu some one else has been m e vfor at least 3 years now send the claim to medicaid and they are reimbursing me so the federal gov.l don't want hear it and on my behalf I can be nasty and you all don't want to be fined for giviong the wrong person medicastion funded by medicare asnd medicaid not even a copay now I know what the dosage and the pill suppose to look like when they don't and vdon't teach them we canget acopy from mental health and they lost and via satelite tells noone watches me do anything and how can I be taking any medicatioon only except the medicastion giving to me for 10 days the last time I checked in southwestern without anyones help awnd n o payments from a bank and send it right to bank of Ameris and Bank of America and tell her to Stay away from me and die itsd not a secfret I am not aman and not atrans sexual either and I honestly don't appreciate this type of fraud thast been going on since2010 and wen divery of medication call the police and let them follw them and artound vthe corner wait and after delivery let them handcuff whomever been getting derlivery in my name and take herstraight to Southwestern and continue the medication excfept remember not to give what I really take give her a lesser dosage mg of dog pills and ashot of thorazine and medicatio every day because it was her fingerprints on paulette's checks and of course mine and I nev er lived with her in 2010 on 3rd St. South west send it to trading post and to the bawnk and welcome and thank you and don't warn her just act like its nothingwrong and its true they did me to nasty and payback is now
