 | 5 Flask Rating for CVS PHARMACY #03229 Comment: After spemnding several hours on the phone with my meds by mail program, I was told to have my doctor call CVS, they would appprove a 5 day supply and cover teh cost. I went to CVS, The meds by mail program, did not as promised cover the meds. Totally fristrating after at least 3 callws to them. The bottom line was the young woman who waited on me was professional at all times, even when I was exasperated. She kept a smile on her face and showed she really was concerned and did all she could in her power to help me. Sorry I don't remember her name and do not have receipt with me.Thank you CVS for your support in this trying matter. |
