 | 5 Flask Rating for CVS PHARMACY #03861 Comment: On March 27, 2020 I went to CVS to turn my prescriptions in and to request that my one drug be filled and I would be waiting. The girl that waited on me (they have to log in my prescriptions). The girl then said to me You can’t get this one (Narco) filled until Sunday as there was an extra day because of leap year. Please note that I had refilled my last prescription for this drug, on February 28, 2020. Mine is a 30 day refill. I responded with it wasn’t my fault there was an extra day. Then, the girl said you were given enough for 30 days. I then said, I wish to speak to the pharmacist. She said ok. Then, she walked over and spoke with the pharmacist. I went back to her window and she said the pharmacist said I could get it today(March, 28, 2020). She spoke to me like she was talking with a 5 year old. She was extremely rude. I will not have her as my technician again. She needs to take a refresher course about how to talk with people. |
