 | 5 Flask Rating for LabCorp Patient Service Center Comment: Whatever you do, please do not go to this location to have ANYTHING done! The most rude, unprofessional staff I've ever had to deal with AND they gloat about inconveniencing you and causing the customer money and time. After over an hour wait to do a drug test, the attendant/collector didn't apologized and finally took me back to sit an additional 10min. Around 9:40, Elizabeth Serving asks for my driver's license and puts it on her kiosk. Then prints several forms, tells me to put my purse in the lock box, wash my hands, follow her to the bathroom, gives me several instructions. I then come out, tells me to go over to the sink, wash hands, sign 4 sheets of papers, initial to bottles etc, etc. Saying all this as she never gave me my Driver's license back during this. She gives me 1 form and I left not realizing didn't give me my license. Hours later at 12:44, she calls and tells me she has my license. I had of course gone back to my side of town.
