 | 1 Flask Rating for NEW JERSEY AMBULATORY ANESTHESIA ASSOCIATES LLC Comment: The care was high quality, but don't expect any cooperation when it comes to paying their inflated charges. When a middle class family (total income below $100,000 for a family of 5) is being bled dry trying to make ends meet and paying over $10,000 per year to have health insurance with terrible coverage, they would not consider reducing any part of the outstanding charges of $2700 which was still due after insurance paid the contracted amount, and also tried to bill an additional $700 in unallowable charges to us which insurance denied. This was an emergency surgery for an acute orthopedic injury for a child. They were non responsive when we tried to contact them to settle the bill and cannot speak for themselves or show any respect to the patients or their families. Their reply comes in a letter from collections attorney. All other billing offices worked with us to settle our bills. This is despicable customer service we will never use any facilities where they work again. |
