Which I understand and I told her that I wasn't ther for yearly check up but because I have a problem with my eyes and would like to check that , front thesk lady spoke to her boss ( believe owner of the entire store ) and she confirmed that I can't be seen . I spoke to my insurance company day prior coming to the office and twice to 2 different people ,right after I was told I CANNO'T BE SEEN and my insurance said again and over again that my office visit will be covered because I'm coming with eye problem not for regular check up ,Ikeept telling the owner of the office but it just didn't seem to get to her , I wasn't even asked what kind of problems I'm coming with my eyes ,what about if I was loosing my vision ??? People who don't know how medical office should work shouldn't work in it ,patient complaining with eye problems coul have many things and you guys didn't even asked the doctor about it ,The doctor can loose his license because of YOU guys not letting me see him even though I was eligible ,if it turns out and my diagnosis confirm I will sue you guys for it ,I may loose vision if I wait longer because it can progress very quickly ,but what would you not educated people know ,you should have consulted the doctor before you turned me away, good luck.!!! |  | 1 Flask Rating for NY EYE VISION CENTER Comment: The Indian lady "Boss" does not even know what she is doing ,she shouldn't even own the eye store ,she completely does not know anything about Insurances, I was scheduled fir appoitment so next day when I arrived and was told I can't see the doc like the patient above , but why don't they check the insurance before ? And my insurance was perfectly fine ,I traveled all this to be told I can't be seen that's ridiculous , I end up seeing doctor across the street where the owner is much plesant and knowledgeable. |
