No one calls to tell you that they supposedly didn't receive your payment or possibly post it to the wrong account. They just send you to collections. And of course the collection people don't know anything. So you call BREP and all you get is the run around. When asked why they don't bother to call people to see if there has been a mistake you get told. We only communicate by mail, we don't make phone calls. I will never go to Hazel Hawkins Hospital again for anything as long as they are using this service. |
