 | 1 Flask Rating for APOLLO DENTAL CLINIC, LLC Comment: I have been coming to this dentistry for some time now. I hadn't minded the long waits much, as I had gotten used to it and planned my schedule accordingly. If I had a 1:00 appointment I would expect to get out around 3:00 seeing as how there was only ever one dentist working. They were nice up until this last visit. My sons teeth were always in good shape until this minor cavitity started to form. The dentist was positive that she was going to do the fill in without any pain agent. So she began to do it and shortly after she started, my son whose three years old and had never been the type to be scared, started screaming hysterically and started to cry. I quickly interrupted and reminded her that she was positive it wouldn't hurt so why was he crying. She ignored me after repeating myself three times. She began to make excuses as to why he was crying, such as the suction, water, etc. I quickly reminded her I had been sitting there and was very aware that he started crying while she was drilling. She offered no apologies, only excuses. It would only have been professional and respectful to give his parents, myself and my husband, a heads up so WE could decide whether he needed a numbing agent, anesthesia, etc. I will never bring my children back nor would I ever recommend this place to anyone with children. |
