 | 1 Flask Rating for SUNRISE DIAGNOSTIC LABORATORIES, INC Comment: This laboratory is employed with unprofessional staff who are not educated on COVID-19 testing per CDC recommendations. Myself and staff have had several issues with the personnel that have been coming to test STATE employees for COVID-19, PCR testing done via NASAL SWAB. Personnel are rude, rough and don't have proper PPE during the test. Their staff will ask you not to squint and not to bring down your own mask, while they are coming onto state property without an N-95 Mask. When Laboratory personnel are being asked to be gentle and not to continuously enter into same nasal cavity, that it's uncomfortable, they are verbalizing that one should be educated on the web. I don't need education I am a license registered nurse and I myself have done PCR testing for individuals. It's not enough that most staff are the ones having issues with lab staff, they are the ones refusing service to individuals who are asking them to be more gentle.During pandemic medical staff should be understanding |
