 | 1 Flask Rating for DR. BARBARA J HIGA ROGERS PSY.D. Comment: Barbara Higa-Rogers is completely unprofessional and abusive. She suffers greatly from implicit bias in favor of white men, even if they are reported child molesters and domestic violence. My partner and I paid for her services as a Custody Evaluator in my partner's custody battle against her ex-spouse who reportedly sexually abused our 5-year-old daughter since she was 3-years-old. My family and I are surprised that Family Court accepted her on their approved list for Custody Evaluators. She tried to force my children back into their father's home after being over an hour late to a scheduled home-visit, showed up in her gold lexus in yoga pants, then tried to blame her tardiness on my partner even though it was clearly Barbara's fault, and threatened my partner with an "unfavorable review" if my partner didn't convince our kids to go back into their father's home against their wills. |
