JAMES HENRY PRIDGEN M.D. Comment: Ive been going to hollyridge healthcare for over ten year's.along with my children when NP Denise Cavileer moved to hollyridge from snead's ferry clinic i was so Happy she helped me get threw my depression of losing my mother & she was awesome with my daughter but something has changed..First of all i could care less for doctor Pridgen he is rude and so uncareing..and run's every good provider off..But today i took my daughter who was haveing some major promblems with grief she has lost serveral major people in her life in the last 8 months she hasn't slep in months & she wanted to go talk to Denise & only Denise whom she had come to trust & like so much it's hard to trust someone when they come & go so much as they do there..Denise came in the room cold & uncaring..she was cruel to my daughter made her cry my child hold's her emotion's in but Denise said some pretty harsh thing's to a girl who is there to seek help..Denise crushed my daughter today ruined her trust..denise was heartless & stone cold..I was in disbelief of how she treated my child..At one point Denise looked at me with a cold face and asked me what is it you want me to do for you..Are you Kidding me?? It was so bad i walked out & asked for the paper to sign 4 my child's record's to be sent to me so i will NEVER take my child there again It broke my Heart that i took my daughter there today & we left with her feeling worst than when we went in there!Denise Cavileer you where Heartless to a young girl that looked to you for help..if you read this i know you know who i'm & i hope you never forget the look on my child's face when you turned on her..You knew my daughter you seen her every time you knew the horrible event's that have happened..you have made my child walk out of there today broken & feeling betrayed by you..What happened in that room today? Where is the lady that got my child to finally trust someone again..I feel sorry for the staff they are great people Peggy and Gerri thank you for being kind & caring people to my kids and me all these year's..you two truly do not belong there... |  | 1 Flask Rating for DR. The NP Denise Cavileer was undoubt heartless and crule she refused treatment on my mother who had beed her pt for 10 years, dying with stage 4 colen cancer sent her out of the office not able to stand alone with no order's for hospice. I can't pun into words what she made my mom feel like. All I can say is I hope ever who reads this will please take your loved one else where.
