Comment: I have been using Spector Scientific Labs for 2 month's now and let me tell you THEE IS A BIG DIFFERENCE between lab's once you are with a solid one like Spector is. They are so accommodating and have awesome customer service. I own a 35 bed treatment center for addiction and whether i need supplies,a pick up of samples, and the best part is they have a unique CRM system that is just genius!! Now when i want to get a report on patient's i just log-in to my portal put in the patients name and there sample automatically uploads the result's (within 36 hours!!!) and i can print it out with all the test result's. Also they assigned me with my own personal account manager so if i do need something i call 1 person and it's taken care of. I have allot going on each day it's nice to know there is a private lavatory that offers so much and make you feel very comfortable (not just another tx center) |
