 | 2 Flask Rating for MS. MERYL HARMON HALEM LCSW, LMFT Comment: it did more damage in my relationship in my opinion. We had 13 1-hr sessions with her. I stopped going towards the end because a lot of the times I feel like I don't get anything out of it. The conversation often digress and the main point was never addressed. I think she wasn't able to know our personalities to know what advice we that best suit us. The husband finds her very helpful, but I don't think she knows his personality enough to guide him a way that fits his personality even thou I told her he's "different" and more reserved/calm when he's in a session with her. She told him to work on the things which I KNOW he won't even do knowing his personality (which he never did - which proves my point) So we fight even MORE because he said "mary told me that i should stand up for myself" It's just very upsetting for me that I feel our relationship was better BEFORE we see her.
