He has difficulty getting out of bed and functioning on a daily basis and has finally asked me to help him find a therapist. I called to set up an appointment with Lorena and off the bat she was extremely rude and cold. I cant imagine sitting in a room with this lady for an hour and trying to talk to her able personal issues. she told me that he needed to call her to set up an appointment, very rudely. I still tried to give her the benefit of the doubt and remain nice and calm with this lady. I tried to get information on her availability and she reluctantly gave me as little information as possible. I tried to explain the situation and instead of listening she decided to hang up in my face. How professional is that?? how do you hang up on someone who is needed help when its your JOB TO HELP?? PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND DO NOT CALL HER..
