 | 1 Flask Rating for CORNEAL ASSOCIATES OF NEW JERSEY Comment: Optometrist Steven Sorkin allows for so many mistakes to happen! I ordered one year supply , paid at the office and submitted the claim and I got reimbursed by my insurance company. After a month my contact lenses didn't arrive, I contacted the office and his assistant Fiorella told me it was on a back order, and she would call the company. It wasn't true, she didn't order the contacts at all because after a week the contacts arrived and for my surprise it came only six months supply! I called back the office and she said I had ordered only six months supply what was a lie I ordered every year a year supply! So I spoke to optometrist Steven Sorkin and his solution? Order again and submit to my insurance company. I told him that my insurance company only pays one claim a year and they already had reimbursed me! He told me to give my credit card number to assistant Fiorella ( the one that made so many mistakes), order again, and submit the claim again! I decided to call my insurance and they said no, only one claim a year. Clearly the optometrist Steven Sorkin stood by his sarcastic and incompetent assistant Fiorella and to me he is as irresponsible as she is. Because he is with a group of doctors, it is convenient to make an appointment when your spouse is already a patient but don't make the same mistake I made. Get a responsible ophthalmologist because there are so many good ones in NJ and he/she will take better care of you and your eyes. |
