 | 1 Flask Rating for COUNSELING CENTER INC Comment: I am completely surprised that Vickie Wilhelm would be considered mentally stable enough herself to counsel anyone. She is a manipulative, lying bully who takes advantage of the young. At this time Vickie Wilhelm has "hired" many young HS students to work at her horse boarding facility. Then she refuses to pay them. She owes paychecks to at least 7 young people that I know of. She should not be in this type of job position with people who are vulnerable. That is my opinion. |
