 | 1 Flask Rating for RICHARD ALLEN KELLER PA-C Comment: I am trying to find a new physician or nurse practitioner for my husband. he is old school and several friends had recommended Mr. Richard Keller to us. Imagine my surprise when I called to make an appointment and the very rude and unprofessional receptionist stated that mr Keller wouldn't see my husband because a couple of years ago he had seen dr Elizabeth Bailey. I said well recently his PCP had been Dr. Hisel in mineral wells. She stated "well, I suggest he stay with dr hisel. my husband doesn't care for dr hisel, that's why we are looking. she said "well we can't help you." I guess Mr. Keller isn't taking new patients? she could have just said that and not been so rude. Nice to know that a patient with insurance cant even get in to see a nurse practitioner in your organization. I'm a certified pharmacy tech at one of the major chains in the area- when pts ask who I can recommend- I won't be mentioning Mr Keller again--and i'll be sure to let everyone know how unprofessional his staff are and that they won't give you the time of day. its so sad really because, like I said, he was highly recommended. I had actually told loads of people that I had heard great things and that my very picky husband was going to try and see him |
