I have had MANY different Home Health Care Agencies, over the year, for my Husband and am so disappointed in their services!! Heather is Polite! Professional! Personable! She comes in “like a real person” lol, despite all craziness right now with COVID-19! Of course, she abides by EVERY Safety Regulation mandated, by the State, but she also has the ability to still make you feel “connected and cared for”, despite the Social Distancing!! My hat goes off to her, for being THE BEST in THE FIELD!! Her TRUE WARMTH & HONEST CARING shines through every step she makes and every breath she takes!!
