 | 1 Flask Rating for JULIA M KLEIN APRN Comment: I had the worst experience with Julia Klein, RN (DR. Klien) My mother with MS lives with us, and we scheduled this appointment 2 months ago. I had a 2 hour drive to see the Dr. and knowing we were stuck in traffic, I called to confirm that everything would be ok. We had been confirmed that if we showed up less than 20 minutes late that we'd be fine. We showed up at 17 miutes past the appointment. And we were promptly told that the policy is 15minutes and the doctor said she wouldnt see us. I tried and pressed the we had been assured everything would be fine, and we still hit a wall. It takes 3 months to get in with this doctor, This was the worst experience ever. I would not recommend going to her |
