 | 1 Flask Rating for OHIO RIVER LABORATORIES, LLC Comment: I have had 3 urine specimens analyzed by Ohio River Labs LLC. I cannot comment on the first or second. They were called "excellent". I do not know the specifics and. did not ask for details. The 3rd test results were presented today. The entire report was so ludicrous I would have laughed; but the tests results can have serious life altering effects. Even when a result is later found & proven erroneous, the damage is already done. I do not know what procedures & protocols these labs follow or are required by regulation. So I can't speculate where or how problems may occur. I can say I felt shock, disbelief, and feel the same 12 hours later. My health provider called the lab and they said they would retest. That would be great, except I thought later if it is not a clerical mix-up, but rather urine specimens were misidentified when received. I would have no other remedy. Would not DNA be a foolproof way to identify who's specimen sample is being analyzed. |
