I had to fill a prescription for my husband and the tech filed it incorrectly and then said it was not covered by my insurance, when I called my insurance however, they said it was covered under a 10 dollar co pay but because she had filed it wrong I had to pay 80, he also told me that I needed to contact them and make them re file it correctly! Well, I called the pharmacy back and told them what the insurance said but then they blamed the Dr and said it was how he had written the prescription. So, I drove back to the Dr's office and had the head nurse call them and she placed them on speaker phone so I could hear too. And when she asked them why it was filed that way and why they said the prescription made them file it that way they changed their story and said it was the insurance's fault. So I called the insurance AGAIN and they said that it was still covered with a 10 dollar co pay and I should not have had to pay 80.
