 | 1 Flask Rating for WAL-MART PHARMACY #10-0206 Comment: I am a Medical Assistant that works for a local Doctor. I have had the worst first time experience with this pharmacy and will not be calling in prescriptions there anymore. I was trying to call in a prescription yesterday and to my dismay, I ended up having to call a total of 6 times before I gave up from frustration! I was on hold the first time for 4 min and was then hung up on. was on hold for 7 min the second time and again was hung up on. Was on hold the 3rd time for 5 min and then the pharmacy tech hung up on me. Was on hold for 12 min the 4th time and just hung up myself...for obvious reasons. Was spoken to hatefully the 5th time and was hung up on again by the pharmacy tech. And the last time I called, I was hung up on instead of being put on hold. Wow. Then I tried again this morning and could aready see that this was heading in the same direction. I called the patient and requested she transfer the prescription to another pharmacy.
