I send my husband to pick up my meds since they said it would take like an hour. Apparently it had never been entered in the system.I had to call and give them a description of the girl who took my prescription. Finally the lady I was on the phone with about 30 minutes was able to realized that it had never been entered in the system. Worst customer service. Even when my husband was there giving them my DOB they made him feel as if he didn't know my info. And asumed it was maybe a girl friend he was picking meds for. |
