 | 3 Flask Rating for HY-VEE PHARMACY #1420 Comment: I was a little upset with your services. I went to the Dr and she faxed in my medicine in the am and I waited to pick it up at 3:15pm to give your staff time to fill it, only to find that u had lost it, so I had to call the Dr office myself and ask for them to send it back through. They had assured me that they did send it in so this time she said she would call it in, which she did and I waited over a hour, sicker than a dog, contaminating everyone in the store. I think a hour is a little long, especially when u should have had it done. The girl acted like she didn't care that I was sick. I am considerent of others and tryed the drive thru so I wouldn't make anyone sick, but then had to go inside to get it straightened out. Not sure I will b back. |
