Since the change of hands it has been nothing less than a complete disaster! I have done everything possible because of convenience and location to stay a loyal customer. This is the problem, numerous times I have dropped off a prescription when I come back for the prescription it is partially filled. Now, this Has become inconvenience Having to make more than one trip. That would be OK every once and again.But This happens all the time! Out of my friends I was the last one standing. The only reason I stayed was because of the previous workers are always nice and courteous. The new owner is very rude and will personally tell you that he does not mind losing you as a customer. So, I have transferred my $1200.00 prescription per month " every month " To a new location. after six years It will be tough not to see a nice employees that know me by name any longer. I say good luck to anyone who tries to do business with them. " trust me, he will smile to get you in the door after that things will change if you mention any kind of a problem" |
