 | 2 Flask Rating for RITE AID PHARMACY #1990 Comment: I brought my sister to this pharmacy on 1/5/12 around 4 p.m.. My sister had 7 prescriptions to be filled for my neice. The tech stated it would be about 1/2 hour for them to be filled. This was understandable as she did have 7 prescriptions. After about a 1/2 hour later which is how long she said it would take to fill ALL 7 scripts the tech came out to us in the waiting area and advised they didn't have the medication for 2 of the scripts so now that brought the total of prescriptions to be filled down to 5. We waited another 1/2 hour before the scripts were filled. This was now a total of 1 hour we waited for 5 scripts to be filled. When we were finslly called the tech apologized. Apparently she was "sneaking in" as she put it all the other patients scripts that had come in after we did which was a total of 7 that I had seen while filling my neices scripts. The service was terrible!!! We shouldn't have had to wait an HOUR for 5 scripts!!!!! My neice had prior scripts filled there before so all her info was already in the computer and none of the info had changed. We finally left the pharmacy atfer 5 p.m. I find that waiting time UNACCEPTABLE and the service POOR!! |
