When someone finally answered on my 10th time calling she said she would get a pharmacy tech to assist me and I remain on hold for an hour until I decided to disconnect. I called the wal mart store and was informed that the pharmacy is not busy and did not get a clear answer for there poor service or lack there of |  | 1 Flask Rating for WAL-MART PHARMACY #10-0275 Comment: Your pharmacists and Techs handle personel matters vocally across, from one end to the other, Before I can pick up my refill, I am told pharmasists need s to talk to me, I walk to the other end of pharmacy, pharmasist ask me, what do you want from her computer, I trll her i need to pick up refill, she points me back to register, I tell her I was sent to her, phamasists never walks to the window, and appears to be put out that I need to pick up a refill, I do not care to discuss what ever precription it is that may be picking up discussed acros the the store of Wal Mart! I would like my precription transfered to CVS Pharmacy in Jasper Texas |
