I went to pick it up and was told it was being filled and should be ready in 10 minutes. Not a problem...so I walked around for a little while, went back after about 15 minutes and was told that it was still not ready and in a very rude tone, I was told "We're really busy. We'll let you know when it's ready." I understand pharmacies are busy, however, I am also busy and do not need attitude from a pharmacy tech with a chip on his shoulder. Shortly after I walked away, I received a text stating that my prescription was ready. So I go back to the pharmacy, yet again, and it was STILL not ready. What's the point in sending me an automated text if it's not ready?!? Also, it would be nice to pick up my prescription without having to witness one of the ladies chomping her gum with her mouth gapped open with each chew. Even my 2yr old knows how to chew with her mouth shut. I have used this pharmacy for many years for my family. I'm seriously considering finding a different pharmacy due to the rude people that I have to deal with every time I pick up my prescriptions.
