Comment: Please fire the Manager Scott. He is a racist and very rude. He had no respect yelling in front of customers and also saying "go to your people" I guess cuz I'm not white? That type of actions from a manager is uncalled for and should never happen. Wal-Mart really needs to fire him.

Comment: Attn: Manager Scott, I called earlier to call in a prescription for our patient and spoke with one of your pharmacist and when I asked him if I can transfer him to our dental assistant to give the prescription, he immediately replied NO in a very rude way that makes me feel as a customer that they do not want to help. I asked again nicely that it will be just for one second and he again said NO because he is very very busy! I immediately gave the phone anyway to our dental assistant who is just sitting next to my desk and our dental assistant was told to just leave the prescription on the automated message center, long before she could even say something.I understand that your pharmacy gets busy with all other patients or customers, but it does not gives you the license to be rude to other customers! Not a very good first impression for our patient that just move from out of state, Kentucky who happen to witnessed and heard the conversation with your pharmacist! What happen to the friendly people of Texas? Then I called your office to reach out to the pharmacist manager named Scott and spoke with Rhoda, I think that's her name; and I was told that Scott is on lunch break. When I relayed the concern to Rhoda, instead of her listening to my concern, she overtalked me and defending the pharmacist I spoke with that they are very busy and under staff, and I said well can you just not talk for a second and listen to my concern first? I completely understand how it gets busy but still does not give them license to be very rude. She won't listen to me and keeps overtaling me, and I just said I don't want to talk to her and I would rather call later to talk to Scott. I had to say bye to her and hung up the phone because I cannot tolerate another rudeness from your pharmacist. Please look into these concerns, they may be right and you may be under staff, but please,be professional in handling presure, or at least pretend to be nice. I myself too works in a very busy dental practice and I know how it is. Please get yourself together and maybe your staff needs more training when it comes to customer service. I am so sorry, but I am really not happy with your service. I will probably not recommend your place at all. Thank you. Victoria R.
