 | 1 Flask Rating for WAL-MART PHARMACY #10-5133 Comment: The staff is unprofessional. I dropped off a prescription at 9:00 AM, after being released from the hospital for having a heart attack. At 1:00 PM, I went in to pick-up my medication and the staff had misplaced the prescription. They promised to rush filling the prescription. One hour later, the prescription was still not filled. I went home and called at 4:00 PM, the prescription was still not filled. In addition, they did not have one of the meds. They located the medication they were out of at the Red Bluff pharmacy. Then they transferred all of my medication to Red Bluff to be filled. Of course, Red Bluff was out of a different med. I had to go to Safeway Pharmacy in Anderson. I continued to receive the run around all day. I finally received my meds at 7:00 PM. Truthfully, I did not feel good and should not have been running around dealing with their inadequacies. |
