Process would be much faster AND COMPLETE if they had help. I had to go in for the 2nd time to draw up labs that were not done the first time I was in that were overlooked by the staff. BOTH times there was no soap available in the restroom. How unsanitary is that! That is unacceptable! What do the employees use???? I had to give a urine sample then not be able to wash my hands. YUCK!! Will not go back to this lab! |
