 | 1 Flask Rating for LabCorp Patient Service Center Comment: The receptionist Erica (African) is very rude, and highly unprofessional, one day she had an outburst and was yelling at a person in the seating area, she was pulled from the front desk and sent to the break room by Diane she was calling the patient a bitch and slamming the break room door. She is still working there and continues to yell and talk poorly to and about elderly and all patients she dislikes. |
