 | 1 Flask Rating for LabCorp Patient Service Center Comment: Worst healthcare experience in a long time. The office was dirty. The clerk and phlebotomist, Nadia, had a terrible attitude and zero blood drawing skills. I was greeted rudely and told to use a machine to check in, despite the fact that she was sitting right there. The office was dirty and in violation of COVID procedures, there was a sign at the door limiting capacity to 4, but there were 6 people in the office and Nadia had her nose outside her mask, while another patient was allowed to wear no mask at all. I should not have let her perform the test. While face to face with me with her mask worn improperly the needle in my arm, Nadia asked me for advice on how to perform the test, and when she was unsuccessful at drawing blood, I had to leave without getting the test done, after putting my health at risk visiting a dirty office without provision for infection control or social distancing. I tried to contact Labcorp corporate offices but there was no response. I will contest |
