 | 2 Flask Rating for Quest Diagnostics - Fairview Park Comment: Even as a healthcare provider looking to have questions answered about testing before I send a patient to them, I can not get through to an actual person without sitting on hold endlessly. I do not have time for this. It is ridiculous that there is not a direct line to the various offices for providers to contact. At this point, I will send my patients elsewhere, as Quest clearly is lacking in even basic customer service skills. |  | 1 Flask Rating for Quest Diagnostics - Fairview Park Comment: Quest Diagnostics will put you on hold and nobody will pick up and help you. As I write this, I have been on hold for over 1/2 hour. My husband has low blood sugar and is holding off eating anything this morning until we get some information that is needed by Quest. Customer service is horrible. |
