 | 3 Flask Rating for Quest Diagnostics - New Port Richey Comment: I drove a client to your facility today December 5. We arrived at 8:15 A.M. He did not have an appointment. After waiting for 1hr.15min.he was told his name would be called for a 10:40 appointment. I asked him how long will it be. He was then talking to a tech. She then said out loud that the longer she stays talking to him the less time she will have to take care of people. Somewhat rude, I would say! He became nervous and said that had to stay until his name is called. So; in between the people with appointments, can you fit in someone without one? He has no computer or I-phone to make an appointment. If he calls on his regular phone can he make and appointment. Will somebody help him? PLEASE ADVISE! I also had to assist a partially blind client last week at another facility, so he could punch into the system.
