 | 1 Flask Rating for DR. ASHLEY DUBOIS D.D.S. Comment: I do not recommend. I had a permanent dental bridge put in, it fell out 1 week later, Dr Dubois fixed it. Fast forward 14 months, my permanent bridge breaks for a second time. I notified the office immediately. We are a military family and since the dental work was done we have been moved to a different base in a different state.. I did offer to travel back to Florida to have Dr Dubois fix the broken permanent bridge, she declined. Unfortunately, insurance only covers this procedure every 5 years on teeth it's been performed on so now I have to pay over $3000 yet again to have it fixed. The bridge should have lasted me decades but I only got 14 months.. I think it's very important to note that during this whole ordeal to try to get a resolution (refund or fix it) I called multiple times and spoke to office staff and exchanged emails - during this whole time I was never once able to talk to Dr Dubois personally. She never called me back, never got on the phone, never replied to email. |
