Tried to reach out to Crown of the Valley Emergency PHYS, staff has no information. Poor customer service and lack of knowledge. |  | 1 Flask Rating for BAY AREA EMERGENCY PARTNERS Comment: I am REALLY disappointed in your Customer Service when it comes to Billing. I was treated on FEB 7th, 2018. Today (7 weeks later) I received a Notice of Collection from a 3rd Party Collection Agency on a Bill that I have NEVER SEEN. Allegedly, you mailed it on Feb 19th. I have never seen it. You never sent ANY kind of follow up statement, nor did you even bother to try and Telephone me. NO ONE ELSE had any issue getting their bills to me. I am making payments to DuraMedic, and I just received my Radiology Bill 2 days ago. I don't have insurance, and was not able to negotiate a settlement amount, being that we are paying cash for our services. I was not able to set up a payment schedule. How can you possible justify sending my account to collections when you have made minimal effort at best, to contact me. Can I reiterate...IT'S BEEN 7 FREAKING WEEKS, Seriously??? I have not even been released by my Ortho to go back to work. You need to FIX THIS. |
