 | 1 Flask Rating for REBOUND MEDICAL OF PA LLC Comment: Got a claim update from our insurance that this company is charging us $6200 for the use of some stupid machine call a pneumatic compressor that was not a medical requirement and was only supposed to be more comfortable that using an ice pack. She didn't even use it hardly as she was up and walking the next day. There was no discussion on how much the use of this would cost. It was just presented as an option to using ice packs. Pretty shocked to see this letter and will fight this as far as we can. Had we been informed of the cost of this before hand we naturally would have said no to it and just used an ice pack instead. I would give them a zero rating if I could. Will gladly change this review if the info provided in the claim recap is wrong. But, if it is not wrong, then there is NO justification for this office charging this much money for a machine that doesn't really do anything beneficial for the users. |
