 | 2 Flask Rating for DR. KENNETH BERYL HAHN D.C. Comment: Doctor was great. Staff was horrible. His staff is his wife. She wanted me to pay almost $300 after my visit, explained that my insurance gets billed and if they don't cover it in full I get a bill for the additional. She wanted to schedule my next appt and I advised I'd call them. She called 30 min later to confirm my appt for Wed. I again said I'd let them know. Got a call Wed reminding me about my appt. Called advised I never set one up, then was advised my bill was $120 that needed to be paid. Contacted my insurance, nothing was ever sent to them from TLC, I did have funds in my HRA to pay the amt and NOT to pay them a dime. The office just wants cash, never submitted an insurance claim, scheduled an appt I didn't make and wouldn't listen to any of my concerns. I will never go back and hope nobody would goto them unless they have NO insurance!! Please BEWARE!!! |
