When I made my appointment, they verified my insurance with United Concordia (military insurance). Two days before my appointment, they called to tell me they have to cancel the appointment because they can't verify my insurance. I gave the receptionist all the information again. The receptionist said she has all the information now and will not cancel the appointment. She told me to come in 30 minutes early to fill out the new patient information. I arrived 37 minutes early. As I was filling out the forms, the receptionist said United Concordia will not pay for the appointment. I called United Concordia to confirm. I handed my cell phone to the receptionist for her to proceed to get all the necessary information from a United Concordia rep. After waiting for two hours, they asked me to reschedule my appointment because the doctor doesn't have the time. If they told me they don't want to do business with the military, I would pick a different place. |
