 | 5 Flask Rating for MARGARET VENSEL LCSW Comment: Dr. M. Vensel saved our child and saved our family. We began to see here in about 2007 when our son was having problems at school and home, especially with his anger issues. We would experience full blown episodes at home, having no idea what was causing it, and our punishment and consequences were just fueling his rages, as well as our own. Dr V. allowed us to pray before and after our meetings. She helped our son understand himself, his emotions and how to calm and control them. She taught us as parents how to help and how to be parents together. Dr. V's first house rule was NO YELLING, by anyone. If caught yelling or not speaking in a calm matter, we had to start over. This RULE saved our family. I tell young parents about this when frustrations set in... We are so grateful for Dr. V. Our son is a thriving and successful young adult and we are forever grateful to Dr. V. |
