 | 1 Flask Rating for HELEN O UZOKWE NP-C, DNP Comment: I wouldn't refer anyone to this place. My reason is because they only want to take money every chance they get. I was told I may have had pneumonia and was sent in for tests. They wouldn't even tell me if I had it when the results came in because they wanted me to pay another copay just to get a yes or no. Another time I had to get a physical that my insurance allows me to get one free one once a year and I was still charged then told me I needed to check my insurance. I did and was told I do get one free because it was an annual visit. Dr. Helen is over booked and leave you in an empty room for hours. They will forget that you are even in the room. I was there once for a visit for a total of 4 hours and nurses I'm guessing would come in and say oh you're still here....with Then say Dr.Helen is in another room. They forgot I was there. Recently I took off my job, losing money mind you to go get results that I was told by their office would be there. I even called to reschedule to another time when results would be in so that I didn't have to pay twice.I was told by the office my results would be in. After paying again and waiting 2 hours and being forgotten Again. I was told I could not get results. So they want me to take time off work again because mind you, its all about money. Reschedule for another time to pay again just to get a yes or no. Pissed...No refund just empty apologies. I will never go back again. You try to help black owned businesses but they want to nickel and dime you. I actually like the staff, but Dr Helen only see money. Never even bothered to come speak with me. Also while in the waiting room another lady was upset because of the wait. She left a letter for her. I decided to put her on blast. Give me my records I'm going back to my old doctor whose white.
