She is one of the best therapist I’ve ever come across. She has taught me how to use simple techniques to manage my anxiety, self doubt, and panic attacks. She has also helped me to think outside of the box and makes me feel completely comfortable. She is easy to talk to, non-judgmental, funny, attentive, creative, compassionate, patient, and insightful. I’ve had bad experiences with therapists in the past and thought that I would never try again but I am so glad that I did because Azadeh has proved me wrong. My struggles with anxiety and indecisiveness has tremendously improved beyond belief. Every area of my life has been enriched and I am happier than I have been in years. I’d highly recommend her any day to get a handle on your life. |
