 | 1 Flask Rating for GUARDIAN EYES LLC Comment: This company is extremely unprofessional, unorganized and understaffed with an extremely high employee turnaround. In roughly 1 year, we have had about 10 different caretakers. Of those 10, 1 ended up stealing money and committed identity theft which is still under investigation, 2 had absolutely zero training prior to start, 4 had minimal "hands on" training from previous clients, 2 did not have valid drivers licenses, 2 did not have a high school diploma or GED, 3 brought their children, 7 would adjust their work hours to fit their needs and all but 1 was actually reliable and consistent. Not one of them exceeded expectation at even a minimal level. The company does not allow overtime which makes all day coverage almost impossible with their limited staff. They pay industry minimum and only give one 50 cent raise, employees max out at $9 an hour with no benefits, mileage/fuel reimbursement or holiday pay.
