 | 2 Flask Rating for CARDIO NUCLEAR DIAGNOSTICS Comment: Made an appointment for May 24 2018 for both an ultrasound and mammogram. When I get there they do the US but tell me that the mammogram machine is not working. There was a lot of construction going on close by causing vibrations so I kind of understood. But couldn't they have called me with this information so I could have re-scheduled for both procedures? This place is not close to where I live. The receptionist said that they tried to call me but it must have been while I was on my way, not in time for me to change the appointment. Then , just today I needed the latest CD record of my Ultrasound for an MRI at another place and didn't notice that she gave me an older one until I got to the new place. So I had to drive back to Cardio Nuclear to retrieve the most current CD to bring back to the new place. I must have used a half tank of gas because neither were close to each other. I had to pay $5 for the copy and it was the wrong one. I would say efficiency is not their strong suit |
