 | 5 Flask Rating for FUMIE JILL NISHIYAMA M.D. Comment: I have been seeing Dr. Nishiyama for three years now. She is by far one of the best endocrinologists that I have had the pleasure of working with to treat my hashimoto's thyroiditis and type II diabetes. Her staff of medical assistance are extremely helpful and have moved heaven and earth to ensure that I get in to see her as soon as I am pregnant (she has been my doc. throughout a couple of pregnancies). She does not just look at your labs, she actually talks to you and discusses your symptoms. She actually does a physical exam at each appt., checking your reflexes, your thyroid, she checks your skin and various other things. I highly recommend her. Also, she's very non-judgmental which is nice in a doc treating diabetics |
